Protocol-Driven Cavitation
Different sensitive parts need different cavitation energy, not higher temperature. ACMESONIC's protocol set gives bench users staged routines on ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner models: a degas stage to stabilize fresh solution, a 40 kHz working stage for general instruments and movement parts, a 68 kHz stage for micro-mesh, jewel seats, capillaries and fine apertures, and an automatic semi-mode attenuation stage for adhesive, elastomer, hairspring or calibrated-seal items.
How It Works
All stages run at ambient temperature, so clinics, watchmakers and lab-support teams avoid thermal effects on bonded, blued, plastic or calibration-sensitive components. Digital generators store stage time, frequency, power percentage and degas duration by part family; immersible kits allow existing stainless process tanks to adopt the same staged routine.
Support & Documentation
ACMESONIC provides 48-hour dispatch for in-stock protocol-ready kits, 12-hour technical response, and OEM/ODM matching for 110V/220V, tank size and 28/40/68 kHz layout. The program is process-control documentation, not an AI cleaning system.
