Protocol-Driven Cavitation
Narrow channels trap air and resist uniform cavitation. ACMESONIC's protocol set uses a timed degas stage to remove dissolved and trapped air from fresh solution, followed by 68 kHz fine-feature cavitation and adjustable semi-mode energy for delicate parts. It covers pipette-tip bores, tonearm headshell slots, pivot yokes, CO₂ diffuser micro-pores and filter impeller hubs.
How It Works
All stages run at ambient temperature, protecting plated finishes, silicone seals, acrylic and calibrated plastic parts. Digital generators store degas duration, working frequency, power percentage and semi-mode window by part family; SUS304 and SUS316L tanks support filtered aqueous and selected compatible rinses.
