Pneumatic & Hydraulic Control Hardware — Solenoids, Spools, Cylinders & Fittings
Challenge: A maintenance cell removed oil varnish, pneumatic lubricant, cutting fluid and metal fines from solenoid bodies, directional spools, cylinder rod ends, restrictors and fittings. Thermal boil-out could swell residual seals and harden varnish further; manual flush left micro-orifices contaminated.
Solution: ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner, SUS304/SUS316L, no heater. 28 kHz for steel spools/manifold varnish, 40 kHz for solenoid bodies/rods/fittings, 68 kHz for pilot orifices and restrictor bores, degas mode for aqueous degreaser, semi mode for anodized aluminum and seal-removed spool assemblies. Spools vertical, bodies port-down, fittings in micro-trays.
Outcome: Spool lands and pilot orifices de-varnished; anodized manifolds and rod ends cleaned without thermal seal stress; valve stick-slip reduced after reassembly.
