Trapped air in fresh solution reduces cavitation uniformity, especially for porous ceramics, fiber ferrules, micro-optics and blind-hole hardware. ACMESONIC's degas-first program pairs digital timer/degas scheduling, adjustable power ramp and recipe presets with SUS304/SUS316L tanks in 40 kHz and 68 kHz configurations.
How It Works
Operators run a degas stage to stabilize the bath, then switch to working cavitation at selected power. Semi mode limits peak energy for fragile ceramics, coated optics and thin metal parts. Kits cover benchtop and immersible layouts, 110V/220V and CE/RoHS/FCC documentation.
