Core Upgrade
ACMESONIC introduced a new sealed-transducer program for ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner models that operate without heating elements. The upgrade focuses on transducer consistency rather than thermal control: imported piezoelectric elements, laser-welded stainless housings, matched impedance generators and power-adjust output keep cavitation uniform from center to tank corners.
Applications
Bench models use 40/68 kHz for fine parts; industrial single-tank and immersible units offer 28/40 kHz with adjustable wattage, degas mode and semi mode for fragile work — fuel systems, textile micro-orifices, metrology tools, jewelry and electronics pre-clean at ambient temperature.
Service Commitment
ACMESONIC provides 48-hour dispatch for in-stock transducer kits, 12-hour technical response and OEM/ODM matching for tank size, frequency and power. The result is predictable cavitation density, lower maintenance and longer transducer life in continuous duty.
