ACMESONIC's immersible program supplies sealed transducer packs — side-mounted, bottom-mounted or over-tank rod style — engineered for 28 kHz heavy soil, 40 kHz general precision and 68 kHz fine-feature cleaning.
How It Works
Each kit pairs with an external generator offering adjustable power, degas mode and semi mode, so customers add ultrasonic-only cleaning to existing lines without installing heaters or replacing whole machines. Piezoelectric elements sit in laser-sealed stainless assemblies for uniform energy distribution and long service life.

The kits suit refinishing benches, drivetrain service, conservation labs, small-part manufacturers and retrofit wash tanks.
