ACMESONIC has introduced its next-generation Ultrasonic Cleaner control platform, featuring Auto Degas and Sweep Frequency modes designed to eliminate dead zones and dissolved-gas interference from the cleaning tank.
In traditional ultrasonic cleaning, standing waves can create uneven energy distribution—leaving some areas over-cleaned and others untouched. Sweep Frequency continuously modulates between 25–45 kHz, while Auto Degas rapidly removes dissolved gases from the solution. The result is a uniformly energetic cavitation field, delivering consistent cleanliness across every part of the tank.
The upgrade is available across the full product line, from desktop to industrial models, with a 0–100% adjustable power output for delicate to heavy-duty workloads.
