ACMESONIC announces an expanded SUS316L bench Ultrasonic Cleaner program using laser-welded sealed transducers and matched digital generators. The series targets tablet-press punches, brass/woodwind hardware and pneumatic/hydraulic spools with 28 kHz for heavy residue, 40 kHz for general parts, 68 kHz for micro-orifices and engraving, plus degas and semi mode. All models operate at ambient temperature with no ceramic heater.
Tanks are SUS316L for chemical-compatible workflows, with SUS304 basket options, 110V/220V generators, recipe memory and audit-ready cycle templates stating “no heater, ambient/room temperature.” Units are produced at ACMESONIC Shenzhen and Jiangmen facilities, supported by OEM/ODM tank sizing, 48-hour dispatch for in-stock kits and 12-hour technical response. CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA and REACH documentation is supplied where applicable.
