Challenge: A vape hardware workshop and service center removed CNC machining oil, e-liquid sweetener film and nicotine residue from rebuildable deck screws, 510 brass/steel pins, glass tank threads, ceramic/PEI inserts and resin/stainless drip tips. Installed coils were excluded. Warm cleaning risked o-ring swell, PEI dimensional change and glass sealing-surface stress.
Solution: ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner, SUS316L, no heater. 28 kHz for CNC oil on deck screws and 510 threads, 40 kHz for RDA/RTA decks and tank hardware, 68 kHz for drip-tip bores and ceramic/PEI micro-channels, degas mode for filtered aqueous solution, semi mode for glass, PEI, ceramic and anodized tips. O-rings and coils removed before loading.
Outcome: Juice channels, screw holes and 510 pin threads de-oiled without scratching; glass tank threads and drip-tip bores de-sweetened; repeatable ambient recipes improved pre-sale QC and rebuildable hardware refurbishment.
