Challenge

A vaporizer hardware manufacturer and repair lab cleaned stainless/precision alloy pod chassis parts, airflow inserts, 510 pins, threading rings and ceramic coil housings. Residual e-liquid, sweetened nicotine oil and flavor concentrate polymerized in airflow channels; machining emulsion remained in threaded seats; ceramic holders trapped fine metal dust. Brushing could not reach internal airflow bends, and warm solvent tanks created odor and oxidation risk on thin metal and ceramic interfaces.

Solution

The line installed ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner units without heating: SUS304 bench tanks, 28 kHz for sticky e-liquid and flavor residues in larger airflow blocks, 40 kHz for 510 pins/threads and general hardware, adjustable power, degas mode for fresh neutral aqueous degreaser and semi mode for ceramic coil housings and anodized shells. Parts ran disassembled in perforated baskets with ambient aqueous solution.

Outcome

Airflow channels, 510 threads and ceramic seat bores cleaned without full manual disassembly. Polymerized e-liquid and flavor residue softened by cavitation rather than heat, reducing odor and oxidation. No heater energy and safer handling for ceramic/metal mixed assemblies; cycle logs stored frequency/power/degas/time per SKU for rework consistency.
