ACMESONIC Cleaning Line Adopted by EV Battery Manufacturer
An electric-vehicle battery maker has deployed ACMESONIC industrial ultrasonic cleaning stations to remove machining oils, metal fines and particulates from aluminium housings and copper terminals — a critical step for bond strength and contact resistance.
Aqueous chemistry with Degas mode reaches threaded holes, laser-welded seams and stamped grooves that spray nozzles miss, reducing reliance on solvent immersion. Adjustable power and 20-80 °C heating let process engineers tune intensity to each component, while optional circulation filtration lowers fluid-change frequency. The result: cleanliness written into the process window, with CE / RoHS-compliant operation and lower VOC load.
