Selecting the wrong frequency or cycle can over-clean fragile parts or under-clean heavy residues. ACMESONIC's test service accepts customer samples — small metal parts, plastics-compatible items, jewelry-style accessories, drivetrain components, lab hardware and conservation objects — runs ambient-temperature trials on ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner units, and reports recommended frequency, power, solution, degas/semi mode and cycle time.
Parameter Library
The library guides users with 28 kHz for stubborn oils, greases and coarse residues; 40 kHz for general precision parts; 68 kHz for micro-features and delicate surfaces; degas mode for fresh solutions and porous-part preparation; semi mode for fragile items. Trials use SUS304/SUS316L tanks and aqueous agents selected to avoid heat-sensitive damage.
Documentation
The program is paired with CE/UKCA/RoHS/REACH documentation support for export customers, helping distributors and end users standardize ultrasonic-only workflows without in-house trial-and-error.
