The program reflects the company's confidence in the durability of its SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel tanks, imported transducer elements and digital control electronics, and reinforces its commitment to protecting customers' long-term equipment investment.
The warranty includes coverage for transducers, heating elements, digital control boards and tank assemblies under normal operating conditions, supported by a global spare-parts network that stocks the most commonly replaced components at regional warehouses. Customers benefit from a 48-hour dispatch commitment for in-stock replacement parts and a 12-hour technical response window, minimizing unscheduled downtime on production lines and in service workshops. Remote diagnostics via the digital control platform allow ACMESONIC engineers to identify many issues before a service visit is even required.
Alongside the warranty, ACMESONIC is expanding its operator-training and preventive-maintenance programs, helping customers maximize equipment life through proper fluid management, filtration upkeep and periodic transducer inspection.
