Cleaning of Laparoscopic Instruments is difficult with mere water flodding and rinsing. It is of prime importance to make sure that the Laparoscopic instruments and Bariatric length instruments are throughly cleaned from the inside to make sure that there is no organic debree and pathogen on the instruments. Washing it with disinfectant would also require a certain contact time which is time consuming. Ultrasonic cleaning machine is a simple one step solution which would clean the instruments witin 5-10 minutes of cleaning cycle thereby ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the instruments. It only cleans more effectively than manual washing, but also enhances the life of the instruments and helps avoiding cross contaminations.
How effective is ultrasonic cleaning?
Through the years many studies that demonstrate the reliability and effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaning have been published. Why is Ultrasonic Cleaning so Efficient and Effective?
When cavitation happens near a dirty object, the vacuum action produced by those million of bubbles constantly imploding creates a tiny pressure wave that reaches deep into every nook and cranny of even the most delicate items.
