ACMESONIC has unveiled a new range of modular, multi-tank ultrasonic cleaning systems engineered for manufacturers ready to move cleaning from a benchtop task into a fully inline production process. Each line is configured from standardized tank modules that can be arranged in up to six sequential stages, wash, rinse, passivation, ultrasonic activation, cascade rinse and hot-air drying, allowing customers to specify exactly the process sequence their parts require without commissioning a fully custom machine.
The modular architecture is built around a common stainless-steel framework and a unified digital control platform. Conveyor speed, ultrasonic power, temperature and rinse conductivity are coordinated across every tank, so parts leave the final stage with documented, repeatable cleanliness. Cascade counter-flow rinsing conserves DI water, while optional circulation filtration extends bath life and reduces fluid-change frequency. The systems support both continuous inline production and batch cart loading, making them equally suitable for high-volume stamping plants and lower-volume precision workshops.
Available as 2-, 4- or 6-stage configurations with SUS304 or SUS316L tank construction, the new lines are designed for straightforward expansion: a future passivation or drying stage can be bolted onto the existing frame rather than requiring a complete rebuild. With in-stock dispatch, 48-hour delivery for standard modules and 12-hour technical response, ACMESONIC offers turnkey support from process design through installation, commissioning and operator training. It is a scalable path from a single ultrasonic tank to a complete, validated cleaning line.
