The challenge
Boards and small hardware came off the line coated with flux residues, light oil and handling dust. Cleaning was done by hand — brushes and solvent dips — taking roughly 40 minutes per batch and producing inconsistent results. The solution

Boards and hardware are loaded into mesh baskets, a mild aqueous detergent is added, and the tank is heated to ~60 °C. High-frequency 40 kHz cavitation lifts flux, oil and dust out of blind holes and under-component gaps — no brushing, no residue, no harsh solvents.
