ACMESONIC has launched a network of no-heating application labs to help distributors and end users qualify new parts before purchase. Each lab runs SUS304 and SUS316L bench units, single-frequency and switchable 28/40/68 kHz generators, degas scheduling and semi-mode attenuation. Engineers evaluate samples including vape decks, bicycle rotors, SLA build plates, FDM nozzles and other precision parts, then issue a written report with recommended frequency, ultrasonic power percentage, degas time, semi-mode window and ambient cycle time.
All trials are conducted at room temperature with no ceramic heater and no AI-controlled cleaning claims. Labs also support solution-compatibility checks, SUS fixture design and audit-ready cycle logs stating “no heater, ambient/room temperature.” Customers may send drawings or physical samples; ACMESONIC provides 48-hour sample intake acknowledgement from Shenzhen and Jiangmen hubs, with regional appointment windows for Europe, North America and Southeast Asia partners. The program is intended to shorten equipment selection and reduce on-site trial-and-error.
