Repeatable Recipes
Cleaning consistency depends on more than frequency selection. ACMESONIC's new controller gives operators a digital generator that stores multi-stage recipes: an automatic degas stage to stabilize fresh solution, a selectable working stage on 28, 40 or 68 kHz, adjustable power ramps for fragile parts and semi-mode auto-attenuation for coated or micro-feature components.
How It Works
All routines run at ambient temperature. Recipe parameters — stage time, frequency, power percentage and degas duration — are saved by part family and exported for batch records. Supported hardware includes SUS304/SUS316L tanks, benchtop units, industrial single tanks and external immersible transducer kits.
Applications & Support
The controller is a process-repeatability upgrade rather than an AI cleaning system. It gives technicians deterministic recipes — degas first, then staged cavitation — so new operators achieve the same result as experienced staff. In-stock kits ship within 48 hours; technical setup support responds within 12 hours.
