Load Geometry Matters
Loading geometry decides whether cavitation reaches a narrow bore. ACMESONIC's fixture range keeps apertures vertical, minimizes air pockets and maintains spacing from the transducer face: vertical racks for pipette tips, upright micro-holders for CO₂ diffusers, slotted trays for acrylic lily pipes and spray bars, and non-contact cradles for tonearm headshells.
What's Included
Each fixture is produced in SUS304 for general aqueous rinses or SUS316L for selected chemical-compatible processes. Fixtures ship with recommended frequency, power, degas and semi-mode recipes for no-heating workflows, and cover benchtop tanks, industrial single tanks and immersible retrofits.
