ACMESONIC introduces optional recirculation and bag-filtration kits for ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner tanks, extending aqueous solution life and improving cavitation consistency without adding a heating module. Floating residue and suspended particulates can reduce cavitation uniformity; the new filtration kits add an external recirculation loop, SUS316L or chemical-compatible pump housing, bag-filter chamber and inline debris strainer to bench and industrial SUS tanks.
The system runs alongside degas mode and 28/40/68 kHz operation. Solution passes through the filter while transducers clean the load at ambient temperature, extending change intervals for vape-deck degreasing, bicycle drivetrain cleaning, 3D-print hardware rinsing and similar residue-heavy workflows. Kits are configured for tank volume, chemical compatibility and particle-size targets, with bypass valves and flow indicators. ACMESONIC supplies CE/RoHS/FCC/UKCA/REACH documentation where applicable, 12-hour technical response for loop sizing and 48-hour dispatch for in-stock kits.
