ACMESONIC announces a major hardware upgrade across its industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner lineup: advanced sweep frequency technology that continuously shifts the ultrasonic output by ±2 kHz around the center frequency, delivering perfectly uniform cavitation across the entire tank.

In traditional fixed-frequency cleaning, reflected ultrasonic waves create standing waves with high-energy nodes and zero-energy dead zones. Parts placed in antinode areas receive little or no cavitation, leading to uneven cleaning and the need to manually reposition baskets mid-cycle. The new sweep circuit — integrated into the digital control platform — smoothly varies the frequency (for example between 38 kHz and 42 kHz), preventing stable standing waves from forming. Combined with the proven degas mode, the system maximizes cavitation force and consistency.

Early adopters in precision optics and micro-mechanics report a 15–20% reduction in rework cycles attributed to the elimination of dead zones. The technology is now standard on all new industrial models and available as a retrofit for existing units.
