Lead: ACMESONIC has completed commissioning of ACMESONIC Ultrasonic Cleaner-based cleaning stations for a new energy storage manufacturer's conductive-component line — addressing machining-oil films, metal fines and particulate residues that affect bond strength, contact resistance and long-term stack reliability.
Energy storage manufacturing leaves little margin for contamination: residual oils weaken adhesive bonding on busbars and frames, metal fines accelerate wear, and particulates on bipolar plates and terminal surfaces raise contact resistance. The customer evaluated manual wiping and spray washing but needed consistent, repeatable cleanliness at batch volume without expanding VOC-handling infrastructure.
ACMESONIC configured industrial single-tank ultrasonic cleaning with heated aqueous chemistry, degas mode for stable cavitation, and staged rinse validation — cavitation reaches threaded holes, laser-welded seams and stamped grooves that spray nozzles miss, removing hydrocarbon films while reducing reliance on solvent immersion. SUS304/SUS316 tank options support alkaline and mild-acid cleaners for different metals in one line.
